How detailed is your decision. I tend to consider that hourly specifics and that type of personal detail is wasted. Basically work out how far in front you are and how much (if anything) you’ve taken out. Of course, if you do not win, note that too, despite how much it hurts.
Do not omit to write down what sort of game you’re playing, if that’s imperative to you. (In my experience, most gamblers keep to what they understand and do not try something they do not know. If all you record is winnings, loses and what you’ve taken out, you’re light years in front of most players out there!)
Bestow on yourself achievable ambitions, like a ‘dream’ target (new auto, get-a-way or anything else). When you withdraw, add the dollars withdrawn to your dream counter. The greater the success you have, the nearer that goal will get!
